On the fifth day, the calorie content increases to 700-800 kcal, of which 200 g are carbohydrates, 15 g are protein. Fats are introduced between the sixth and ninth day.

The menu during this period should be as follows:

  • Eat breakfast with rice porridge without milk, tea with sugar, oranges (apples);
  • Snack with carrot puree (potatoes), fish or boiled chicken with low fat (50 g), rose juice;
  • 150 g of meat juice (vegetables), 30 g of boiled fish (beef), apple puree, mashed potatoes for lunch;
  • The second snack. 50 g cottage cheese (0-2%) with sugar, sweet tea;
  • Instead of dinner - a spoonful of honey and boiled water (250 ml).

  • Vegetables. Baked, boiled soups, purees, vegetarian, casserole. Pay attention to carrots, potatoes, melons, beets, green peas, cauliflower. You can not eat most of the crusader family, mushrooms, horseradish, raw onions, spinach, garlic, beans (legumes in general), sweet peppers, sorrel;

  1. We eat six times a day and little by little products with laxative effect are required.
  2. Keep track of your daily protein intake. She needs 130 g per day, plant proteins need 30% of this figure. Beef with beef, rabbit, turkey, low-fat pork, chicken and lean fish are recommended. With constant pain, the meat is cooked chopped or steamed. You should not give up low-fat fish and meat foods: they will prevent fatty degeneration of the liver, which is characteristic of chronic inflammatory processes in the pancreas;
  3. Fat transformation is opposed by freshly made cottage cheese (not sour and with a minimal percentage of fat). Other dairy products are also needed. Whole milk is added to raw dishes, cereals, jellies or drunk half a glass a day (if well tolerated). The fat content of milk should not exceed 2. 5%. If you feel good, let’s say cheese (a little) with a minimum of fat and soft varieties. Do not forget about kefir and fermented baked milk (home-made is the best option). No need to eat store-bought yogurt with flavor and starch: there is little benefit here;
  4. Eggs. All are not recommended. Eggs are acceptable as an addition to other dishes, in the form of a steam omelette (protein), beaten protein in other dishes;
  5. Vegetable proteins. We look for them in rice, pasta, yesterday's bread, oats, oatmeal, bread crumbs, buckwheat. Legumes are forbidden;

Do not overdo it, the volume of food (plus all the liquid you drink) should not exceed two and a half kg. No matter how strict a diet may seem for pancreatic pancreatitis, a rough menu may not be boring and varied.
